Jay joined the ICS Customer Service organization in 2004. In the same year Jay transitioned to the 3PL Outsourced Accounting Team and progressed through the organization and into the role of Director in 2018.

In his current role, Jay is accountable for all Client Financial Services across both ICS’s Title and 3PL service models. ICS’s Client Financial Services operations include credit, cash applications, accounts receivables, month end close, contract validation and chargeback processing. Jay is also responsible for the SOC 1 audit engagement for ICS and ensuring the proper financial controls.
