Joe Macias is Vice President of Client Relations for ICS. Mr. Macias has had an extensive career both in technical aptitudes as well as various levels of Account Management. Mr. Macias joined ICS in 2008 as an Account Manager with a fine focus to detail and a drive to build and maintain multi-level relationships with key stakeholders.

Mr. Macias has been instrumental in the development of the Account Management development process as well as other projects for the company. His many certifications and trainings over his career are an asset to the company and will help further the focus on improvement and business growth.

Mr. Macias is TG-3 auditor certified, CQIA certified, PMP certified and earned his MBA (with a concentration in Project Management) from DeVry University.
