Krystal started her career in Nursing where she worked at two large hospital systems in Columbus, Ohio for close to five years (Pediatrics and Orthopedics). She later moved into the corporate sector working at Cardinal Health for nine years in a variety of roles supporting Medical Strategic Account Management, Pharma Customer Master Data, Enterprise Contracts and Pricing, New Customer Implementation, Continuous Improvement and Automation Strategies, as well as Global Business Development. She started her journey with Cencora ICS in early 2022. Krystal is passionate about global health transformation, confetti cake, and listening to podcasts.
